Josh Strohm is an Elder of RBC and has been on the ministry team since the start of the church. He is a tech guy by trade, and has served as the Evangelism Ministry leader and on the A/V technical team since 2014 and Youth Ministry leader starting in 2021. He also serves as Chaplain of Boy Scout Troop 86 in Olathe. His wife Rachael serves on the Children's Minsitry team and they have 3 children.
